Alle foto’s op deze website zijn gemaakt- en beheerd door en voorzien van zowel auteurs- als persoonlijkheidsrecht van Gerben Olthof – Driving Images. Dit betekent dat Gerben Olthof – DrivingImages eigenaar is van de foto’s en dat de foto’s niet mogen worden gekopieerd, gewijzigd, gepubliceerd etc. zonder toestemming van Gerben Olthof – Driving Images. Als men deel neemt aan een publiek evenement kan het voor komen dat men onderwerp wordt van een van mijn foto’s. Natuurlijk bestaat de mogelijkheid dat u niet zichtbaar op internet / social media wilt verschijnen. Stuur in dat geval een email met uitleg zodat ik de foto(‘s) direct kan verwijderen. Echter kan het voorkomen dat op de foto(‘s) andere personen afgebeeld staan; deze personen hebben het recht om de foto te zien / te bemachtigen.
Social media
Foto’s geplaatst op social media mogen niet worden gekopieerd of gewijzigd zonder toestemming van Gerben Olthof – Driving Images. Liken, Delen en Taggen op social media is uiteraard toegestaan.
Foto’s rechtenvrij bemachtigen
Alle foto’s zijn voor een klein bedrag rechtenvrij als digitaal bestand te verkrijgen, ga hiervoor naar www.oypo.nl/gerbenolthof .

Off course it is possible that you or some of your relatives do not want to be on to the internet or social media. In that case, please contact me by email and inform me about this issue; I will directly remove the image(s). However, if other people are subject of that same image, they have the right the view or obtain the image.
